Through an international programme of publications, symposia, workshops, conventions and discussion, the MS Forum works to advance the management of multiple sclerosis (MS) by:
- Increasing awareness of MS and of the issues within it
- Improving understanding of MS
- Bringing together workers in different disciplines in MS
- Encouraging and facilitating open communication
- Linking individuals and groups, both nationally and internationally.
The Executive Committee of the MS Forum, a group now including 15 international experts in MS, first met in 1993. The MS Forum was extended in 2003 to include a general membership of around 50 renowned MS clinicians from around the world.
