Through an international programme of publications, symposia, workshops, conventions and discussion, the MS Forum worked to advance the management of multiple sclerosis (MS) by:

  • Increasing awareness of MS and of the issues within it
  • Improving understanding of MS
  • Bringing together workers in different disciplines in MS
  • Encouraging and facilitating open communication
  • Linking individuals and groups, both nationally and internationally.

The Executive Committee of the MS Forum, a group including 15 international experts in MS, first met in 1993.  The MS Forum was extended in 2003 to include a general membership of around  50 renowned MS clinicians from around the world.
